About Us

We are Kyle and Stephanie Brackenridge

 
We’re a husband and wife team based in Dundee, Scotland. We decided to take the plunge and start up our own company after the love we shared planning our own wedding, over five years ago now!

When we are not busy styling, creating and searching for new ideas, we are spending our time with our two year old Australian Labradoodle, Dudley. Kyle runs his own Construction company and Stephanie is a primary school teacher. We love going on holiday and exploring new places in the world. We also enjoy the simple things in life and we’re quite content with a fish supper on a Friday night in St. Andrews with our wee boy. Dudley keeps us active and despite having to bath him after almost every down pour, we are always out for long walks up the hills. We love a challenge and are both very outgoing people. Whilst running both businesses and working full time we have managed to land ourselves about a quarter of the way through our second home renovation project in only three years – Kyle promised we would be in our first house for at least seven years, it goes without saying that Kyle gets more satisfaction from this than Stephanie.

We’re both cut from the same cloth and have similar ideas of what works well in different venues. We work well together and being husband and wife definitely helps - if one of us isn’t pulling our weight we’re not afraid to put our foot down (not that this ever happens!) It’s just a pity we’re both slightly vertically challenged and struggle reaching the high up places, oh well!

Our own wedding still seems like it was only yesterday, it’s something that takes years of planning and despite the advice most married couples give “enjoy the build-up, take in every second! It’ll be over before you know it” the day comes around quicker than you’ll believe and feels like it’s over in the blink of an eye. This is one of the main reasons we decided to start this company.  For us we got so much joy and excitement from planning our wedding, however for a lot of couples this can be overwhelming and for that reason alone it’s our aim to ease the pressure of styling your wedding so you can enjoy and remember the lead up to your special day.
